Founded in 2016 by Head Chef and owner Mike, Kitchen 400 (formerly Fit Kitchen) has evolved from a passion project into a culinary service trusted by top athletes and local heroes. Mike’s culinary journey began over a decade ago, working under a renowned local chef and caterer. Cooking runs deep in his family, with generations before him—from his mother to his great-grandfather—working in the culinary world.

Our meals have fueled professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS, and we’ve been proud partners with numerous collegiate athletes and law enforcement agencies throughout the Sacramento region. With the exciting relaunch of Kitchen 400, we’re ready to take our food and service to new heights.
